Founded in 1992 with the registered capital of 8 million RMB, Hangzhou Shunfan Chemical Co., Ltd is a professional company focusing on R&D, design, production and installation in all kinds of products related to sports and chemical branded with Shunfan. Among the products are plastic racetrack and floor material for sports ground, fitness and casual sports equipment, chemical construction materials, rubber foam products, antiseptic industrial tape.

Shunfan branded plastic racetrack, its major product, was awarded as the certified product by IAAF, the examined and verified product by CAA and the professional and promotional product for track-and-field ground by IAAF• RDC. It successively undertook the construction job of 4 plastic-racetrack grounds in the plastic track-and-field ground and racing ground in Ningxia Stadium, the main venue of 7th China National Games of Minorities under contract.
